Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful project delivery across the organization. This role will oversee complex projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and post-implementation reviewDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and cross-functional teamsCommunicate project status, risks, and progress through regular reporting
Manage expectations and ensure alignment across business units
Risk & Issue Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycleProactively resolve issues to minimize impact to timelines and deliverables
Escalate critical concerns as needed
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, standups, and project reviews
- Promote accountability and drive team performance
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Track project spend and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure cost-effective delivery of all initiatives
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows
- Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably managing large-scale or complex projects
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
- Experience working in IT, SaaS, or professional services environments
